Domestic Delivery

We ship all Australian orders via Australia Post, with the option to select either Standard or Express shipping. Express delivery generally takes 1–3 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Standard shipping usually takes 5–21 business days under normal circumstances. If you require your order within a specific timeframe, we suggest choosing Express. Our packing team also prioritises Express orders.


International Standard Delivery

International Standard orders are handled by Australia Post while in Australia, and then passed on to a local carrier in the destination country for final delivery once customs clearance is complete. Delivery typically takes 10–21 business days from the date of dispatch.


Delays

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of the delivery carrier, and we’re unable to make changes to the address, order details, or shipping method. Any delays caused by the postal service are beyond our control. While we’ll do our best to assist in ensuring your order reaches you as quickly as possible, we cannot be held liable for such delays. Delivery timeframes provided are estimates from the carriers and may vary depending on location or seasonal demand.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If the carrier is unable to deliver your order safely, or no one is available to accept it, the parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office or Delivery Centre for collection. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking details and ensure the parcel is collected (or redelivery is arranged) before it is returned to sender (RTS). Please see below for our policy on reshipping RTS parcels.


Return to Sender & Refused Customs

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide their full and accurate shipping address, be contactable if a delivery needs to be arranged, and collect their parcel from the collection point if required. Please note that international orders may be handled by multiple carriers, so it is important to monitor your tracking updates to stay informed of any delivery attempts.


If a parcel is delivered to the wrong address due to an error in the details provided by the customer, or if the customer refuses to pay the necessary Customs/Import Fees, fails to organise delivery with the courier, or does not collect the parcel from the collection point, Seaside Ave is unable to offer compensation or a replacement should the parcel be lost or destroyed.


Where a parcel is returned to sender (RTS) due to one of these circumstances, Seaside Ave will contact the customer once it has been received back at our HQ. If you believe your order has not been delivered or there may be an issue, please reach out to your local carrier immediately to prevent it from being returned.


By placing an order, the customer agrees to this Shipping Policy and acknowledges that Seaside Ave is not responsible for delays outside of our control, nor can we guarantee exact delivery timeframes regardless of the estimates provided.
