1. Slide the connector to top of tube 2. Slide half of connector off the tube but keep other half on. 3. Slide half around the strap in a U like motion and slide back onto to tube 4. Slide the connector back down the tube . 5. Adjust position so mouthpiece fits comfortably in mouth .
